
Create an Oasis for Spirit in order to ground with the Physical and your body. Take some time to be and do something enjoyable like having a meal in a calm space, enjoying a cup of tea, listening to music or nature, enjoying the sun and fresh air. Create a space that is first for experiencing your self. This Oasis is for you to feel yourself and the way you enjoy your life. Remember? It is particularly important when you think you may have forgotten how, when there is nothing left in your life that makes you feel good.
Start by imagining it, then follow it in action as imagined, with Spirit as creator and director. Allow Spirit to vision and in your imagination walk through the feelings of enjoyment. By Spirit doing this it is communicating with the other aspects. Let the Physical,Emotional, Mental and Spiritual aspects bring the experience into reality. When you are having a hard time in your life these Oasis moments will help put things back into perspective. Hard experiences often make us disconnect from our bodies, resulting in a feeling that there is no space for us to feel ourselves or do anything we want to do like working all the time with no time to enjoy life.
While still enjoying your Oasis moment, vision into the next one so that Spirit can look forward to being here in the physical. Spirit can feel very alone with its unlimited perspective. Create the Oasis for Spirit to stay connected and grounded with the body. Sing, play music, breathe deeply, exercise, express, Be Conscious!
